A graduate of the St. Louis University School of Law, Tom has been practicing in Northern Kentucky since 1974. He maintains a small, private practice in Covington, KY specializing in Domestic and Family Law in Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties. He does frequent work as a child advocate in Boone County as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem. He was also the Juvenile Public Defender in Boone County for over ten years. In addition, he has also maintained a very successful practice in criminal defense.
